The 3 majority stockholders are successful entrepreneurs (coconut farm/land-housing development) and corporate executives (consumer marketing advertising and previously, multinational desiccated coconut manufacturing) with a combined 120 years business experience.

LUIS J. MORALES
Chairman

Louis Morales is one of the prime movers of the Philippine advertising and public relation industry. He established Image Dimensions in 1989, which has since grown to be the largest wholly-Filipino owned ad agencies in the country. Its roster of clients include Bank of the Philippine Island, Coca-Cola, Universal Motors, Philip Morris and others.

Apart from his private endeavors, he also extended his valuable contribution in the Philippine government. He was a member of former President Fidel V. Ramos’ Team Philippines. He represented the country in conferences held in Washington, USA, Singapore and bilateral meetings and economic summits in China.

As a chairman of Manila Coco Bio-Essence, he lends his wealth of expertise in brand building and communications. His extensive experiences in trade also play a great role in ensuring the success of Virgin Coco de Manila line of products.

CRISANTO S. GUALBERTO II
Vice-Chairman

Billy Gualberto is successful businessman who holds interest in the real estate and agriculture industries. To date, his land portfolio of residential and vacation real estate properties in his home province of Batangas are crown-jewels and selling well, attracting foreign investors. His ancestral properties include coconut island farms.

His vast knowledge and Israeli training in agriculture paved the way for the original formation of Manila Coco Bio-Essence, Inc. As Vice-chairman and Treasurer, his extensive agriculture expertise comes handy into play with his innate business acumen.

JIMMY P. CASTRO
President/CEO

Jimmy Castro possesses vast international experience in general management, marketing, sales, manufacturing, distribution and new business development. He held various top-level positions in a number of multinational companies in various ASEAN countries including Kraft General Foods, Wrigley, Gillette, Procter and Gamble and others.

Of significance is his stint as top regional executive at one of the largest desiccated coconut manufacturing companies in the world where he honed his large-scale manufacturing and supply chain management experience. His small business sense was made more apparent when he successfully set up greenfield companies in the natural and organic herbs and spices businesses with manufacturing, marketing, and distribution stakes in various countries in North, South and Central America.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Manila Coco Bio-Essence, Jimmy Castro comes with extensive food and beverage, and non-food business experiences in global markets. His contributions should benefit Manila Coco's customers and consumers alike.
