There's a secret to selecting perfectly ripe avocados: Look for
slightly blackened ones that give just a little when you press on their sides.
Ingredients:

avocado |

2 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, finely chopped |

2 tbsp minced fresh parsley |

2 tbsp lime juice |

1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper |

2 medium tomato, finely chopped |
| · |
1 medium clove garlic, minced |
| · |
1 tbsp Virgin Coco de Manila Culinary Lauric Oil |
| · |
1/2 tsp salt |
Preparation Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, blending well. Cover and
refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours.
